Our products are made from annually renewable resources such as corn starch, sugarcane pulp, tapioca and other plant-based biodegradable materials. Biodegradable plastics represent a new generation of sustainable alternatives to conventional plastics. They can be derived from renewable raw materials such as starch from corn, sugarcane and tapioca, cellulose, soy protein, lactic acid and other plant-based sources. Some of these materials are also obtained as by-products of the agricultural industry. We use these renewable and biodegradable materials to manufacture sustainable alternatives to conventional plastics and styrofoam. Corn starch is one of the key raw materials used in the production of biodegradable resins, along with other plant-based materials that continue to evolve with advances in technology. Biodegradable materials are designed to break down under suitable environmental or composting conditions into naturally occurring components such as water, carbon dioxide and biomass, depending on the material and applicable composting conditions. The field of biodegradable and compostable materials is constantly evolving, with new raw materials, formulations and manufacturing technologies being developed and introduced to the market. We offer a range of environmentally conscious, biodegradable and compostable products designed to provide practical and sustainable alternatives for everyday use.
We strive to responsibly make meaningful product that not only exemplifies style, but quality and substance to live it.
Bagasse products can be made from any sustainable and renewable natural material which can be grown and harvested within a one year. Bagasse is the remaining product (pulp) after renewable and sustainable raw materials (Bamboo, Reed Rice, Hemp and Sugarcane) are processed from the fields. Normally, this residue is burned after pulping, thus creating air pollution. However this sugarcane fibre can be re-used to make disposable products to replace products made from plastic or virgin paper. The tableware has no plastic or wax lining applied to it and can be used for both hot and cold items. This tableware has special additives added in the manufacturing process to make the material leak proof. This is a far superior alternative to both plastic (non-biodegradable, petroleum derived, pollution causing) and paper (causing the destruction of millions of acres of forests) tableware.
100% Biodegradable and Compostable
At the end of their useful life, our biodegradable products can be composted under suitable commercial composting conditions. Certified testing demonstrates that 90% of the material biodegrades within 60 days, with the balance biodegrading within 90 days, under the specified test conditions.
Our biodegradable materials can be transparent or off-white depending on the formulation and manufacturing process. They are designed to provide the functionality and appearance required for everyday applications while offering a more environmentally conscious alternative to traditional petroleum-based plastics such as PS, PP and PET.
Our eco-friendly products are fully compostable and biodegradable, designed to return safely to nature without leaving harmful microplastics behind. In commercial composting environments, high-quality biodegradable materials break down in approximately 30 to 45 days. While home composting may take slightly longer, these plant-based products naturally degrade into organic biomass, carbon dioxide, and water—behaving much like natural organic waste.
When evaluating eco-friendly packaging, our plant-based biodegradable products match and exceed the performance of traditional petroleum plastics like PET, PP, and HIPS used in containers, lids, and blister packaging:
Moisture & Grease Resistance: Naturally resistant to oil and moisture, making them ideal for high-barrier food packaging and disposable tableware.
Superior Durability & Strength: Delivers high tensile strength and elasticity, ensuring sturdy packaging that redefines modern eco-conscious consumption.
Aroma & Taste Protection: Formulated with barrier properties that retain food freshness without imparting unwanted odors or chemical tastes.
Versatile Manufacturing Capabilities: Biodegradable resins can be custom-molded into both rigid and flexible structures, suitable for thermoforming, injection molding, sheet extrusion, blow molding, and film production.
High-Heat Resistance (C-PLA Alternatives): Advanced modified plant resins now withstand temperatures up to 85°C, allowing safe, leak-proof use with hot meals, hot beverages, microwave heating, and cold refrigeration (-20°C to 120°C).
Our biodegradable and compostable products comply with international environmental and safety standards:
ASTM D6400 (USA)
EN 13432 (European Union)
GreenPLA / Eco-Certifications (Japan)
IS/ISO 17088 (India)
FDA Approved Standards for safe food contact
